Export your chart as a JPEG or copy it straight to your clipboard for quick sharing.

How It Works:
1. Enter Demographics
• Enter your name, birthdate, and height using the “Demographics” button.
2. Log Weight Entries
• For each significant milestone, type in the year, your weight, and a helpful label (e.g., “Post marathon,” “Check-up,” “Start of new diet”).
3. View & Export
• The built-in chart updates automatically. Export or copy the chart whenever you like to share it or keep as a file.
Privacy Policy:
1. Data Collection
– Weight History Grapher does not collect or transmit any personal information to external servers or third parties.
– All data (including name, height, birthdate, and weight history) is stored locally on your Mac.
2. Data Usage
– The app uses the information you enter solely for generating weight history charts and calculating optional metrics such as BMI.
3. Data Sharing
– Weight History Grapher does not share or sell user data to third parties.
– Any exported or copied charts remain under your control. If you choose to send these files or images to others, that is at your discretion.
4. Data Security
– Because no data leaves your device, there is no external transmission risk.
– We recommend safeguarding your device with a password, Touch ID, or Face ID to prevent unauthorized access.
5. Your Choices
– You may reset all data at any time via the “Reset All” option in the Weight History Grapher app, which clears all user-entered information.
– If you uninstall Weight History Grapher, all local data stored by the app is removed.
